1. Information we collect

We keep the data we collect directly to a minimum:

• Site usage data. Pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and general location (derived from IP address), collected automatically when you browse this site.
• Campaign interest events. Which campaigns you view or click through to on Whop, so we can tell which campaigns are performing.
• Information you provide through Whop. When you submit a clip to one of our campaigns, that submission happens on Whop's platform under your own Whop account. Whop, not this site, collects your account details, payment and payout information, and submission content. We only receive the aggregate result (e.g. that a slot was filled), not your personal account data, unless you contact us directly.
• Information you send us directly. If you email or message us, we keep whatever you include in that message so we can respond.

2. How we use information

• Operate and improve this site and our campaign pages.
• Understand which campaigns and pages are working, so we can fund the right ones.
• Respond to questions you send us.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's listed above.

3. How information is shared

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with:

• Whop, which hosts this site and processes every clip submission and payout under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Service providers who help us run analytics for this site, bound to use data only to provide that service.
• Authorities, if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

You can control cookies through your browser settings — see our Cookie Policy for details. For any data Whop holds about your account or submissions, manage it directly through your Whop account settings or Whop support. To ask us about data we hold directly (e.g. a message you sent us), contact us using the details below.

5. Data retention

We keep site usage data only as long as needed for the analytics purposes above, and messages you send us for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and keep a reasonable record of it.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
